A private and National client within the Building Automation and Controls space, is looking for a General Manager for their Georgia Location. Here you will be asked to strategize and implement efforts to grow the local market, while responsible for day-to-day business operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement market growth strategies 
  • Lead and develop all sales and operations leaders and team members 
  • Must work effectively with internal stakeholders, ownership team, clients, strategic partners, and the functional groups within company
  • Consistently demonstrate professional credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment by modeling the company values 

  • Must have experience with Building Automation and Controls projects and systems
  • SPIN and Strategic Selling sales model, or equivalent
  • 5 + years demonstrating effective strategic sales leadership
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
