A Building Systems Integrator/Mechanical Contractor is looking to add a General Manager with leadership experience to their team in California.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for oversight of both sales and operations for business unit to achieve personnel and company revenue growth goals
- Will work with all aspects of the organization to ensure satisfactory job completion as well as revenue goals
- Must work effectively with internal stakeholders, ownership team, clients, strategic partners, and the functional groups within company
- Consistently demonstrate professional credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment by modeling the company values
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office suite
- MBA Preferred
Experience Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Requires experience with Controls/BAS (Building Automation Systems), mechanical, or performance contracting
- Must have sales leadership experience
- Must have a "hunter" mentality to grow the location
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
