Asset Management Business Development Leader

This privately held, employee-centric ESCO is excited to onboard an Energy Asset Business Development Leader to their team! In this role, A diverse portfolio of in-house offerings allows you to solve customer issues creatively, and a full team of subject matter experts to deliver an outstanding project to public and private clients nationwide. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create strategy and direction for market segment or vertical market 
  • Prioritize opportunities to meet objectives and financial goals, while managing a revenue goal
  • Partner with Account executives, and a cross functional project development team to secure new business and above all, ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Manage internal sales processes, work alongside operations for resource planning 
  • Participate in associated professional organizations 

Education Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline preferred 

Experience Qualifications: 
  • Must have experience with Energy Infrastructure Asset Management 
  • Demonstrated success selling complex, customer-focused Solutions 
  • Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
