Director of ESCO Sales

Director of ESCO/Government Sales 
  • Close Business for company
  • Work to get company specified for retrofit projects with ESCO customers and key ESCO distributors
  • Promote products and services (conduct training for products and services to key customers)
  • Build new partnerships
  • Strengthen existing partnerships
  • With the support of the internal customer service team build a quote pipeline
  • Create new opportunities with Federal ESCO customers for TAA/BAA projects
  • Provide excellent and unparalleled customer services inside and out
  • Conduct audits (unofficial) and walk job sites to help ESCO customers and show support
  • Share planning data internally with the purchasing team to help plan for large opportunities
  • Provide market insight and competitive information back to company
  • Be a steward and expert to the local lighting communities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or relevant work experience
  • 10+ years’ experience with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Advanced level of knowledge in the lighting industry strongly preferred
  • Technical skills sufficient to understand process & product specification
  • An innovative mindset to help analyze and improve work processes
