Overview
A well-established and growing organization in the energy and infrastructure space is seeking a Program Manager to oversee projects and field operations across the Tri-State region. This role is responsible for managing program execution from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a high-visibility leadership position that works cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and executive stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects within an assigned regional portfolio

  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and overall program performance

  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, and customer stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies

  • Manage subcontractors and vendor relationships

  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior leadership

  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Support client engagement efforts and maintain strong long-term relationships


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations leadership

  • Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, construction, or related technical industries preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners

  • Strong financial acumen, including budget oversight and cost control

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
