Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for oversight of and operations for all sales personnel
  • Will work with all aspects of the organization to ensure satisfactory job completion 
  • Must work effectively with internal stakeholders, ownership team, clients, strategic partners, and the functional groups within company
  • Consistently demonstrate professional credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment by modeling the company values 

Qualifications:
 
  • SPIN and Strategic Selling sales model, or equivalent
  • 5 + years demonstrating effective strategic sales leadership
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
